  • Add the Vegetables: Layer the diced potatoes, onions, and garlic over the sausage.
  • Pour in the Broth: Add the chicken broth to the crockpot, ensuring all ingredients are submerged.
  • Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir gently to combine.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  • Add Kale and Cream: In the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the chopped kale and heavy cream. Allow to cook until the kale is wilted.
