1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
2 cups white chocolate chips (or dark/milk chocolate chips)
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (or almond/maple extract)
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (or mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)
Prepare your pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
