1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or spicy)
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups potatoes, diced
2 cups kale, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer to the crockpot.
Pour the chicken broth into the crockpot. Add the diced potatoes, kale, and minced garlic.
