  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your donut pan generously with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
  • Fill each donut pan cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for around 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
  • Optional: Mix powdered sugar with a little milk or cream for a glaze.
