Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease your donut pan generously with cooking spray or butter.
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Whisk until well blended.
In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
Fill each donut pan cavity about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for around 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
Optional: Mix powdered sugar with a little milk or cream for a glaze.
