Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars

Easy delicious salted caramel apple pie bars that combine sweet apples rich caramel creating an irresistible dessert that satisfies every craving

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Salted Butter (softened)
  • 4 cups Apples (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Salted Caramel Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (for garnish)
  • Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and softened butter. Mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press 2/3 of the dough into the greased pan to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, toss the sliced apples with cinnamon and set aside.
  • Spread the apple mixture evenly over the crust, then crumble the remaining dough on top.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Cool for at least 10 minutes, then drizzle the salted caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Cut into squares and serve warm or at room temperature.
